In 2004 we relocated to larger
more efficient premises in Auckland and Brisbane and in 2005 we opened
up our NSW office which enabled us to provide our customers in
Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands a far more efficient
service further enhancing our reputation that other distributors aspire
to.
We look forward to working with our existing customers and partners in
2008 and expanding our customer base throughout the territories and
providing them with the same high level of service and friendly help
that our customers have become accustomed to. A true measure of any
sales organisations success is the percentage of repeat orders received
and recommendations passed on and we are proud to declare an
exceptionally high level of such success.
This is the year that Philip turns 70 and so come the 1st of
September will be a big day for the company.
In New Zealand we welcome Donna Rowlands to the team and look forward
to a new and exciting period with Donna looking after sales in her
capacity as National Sales Manager. In NSW we have Cyrus Boomla
who is a well versed in the needs of diaganostic laboratories
having come from an international company postition before joining
with us
You can see by the Product Area of our web site that we have acquired
some exciting new agencies that will enhance significantly our product
offering and open many new doors for us as we continue to grow with
your support and loyalty for which we are truly appreciative. We aim to
please and will strive to supply you with the products that you require
at a sensible price, decent level of quality and within a suitable time
frame, from routine to research, we have the products that you require.
As ever, we look forward to meeting with as many of our customers as
possible over the coming year and we would like to thank you for all
your support over the past 28 years and we look forward to an exciting
